An extremely fine antiqued violin by Paul Belin, made in 2023 on the Heifetz Guarneri del Gesu model. It has an incredible antiqued patina, a tribute and hallmark of this maker's work. It has a wonderfully projecting, powerful yet warm and coloful tone, with a robust feeling.

Paul Belin is a graduate of the Newark school. He has as worked in Grenoble, Hamburg and Paris. He now has an independent workshop near Frankfurt

The antique finish is only for the eye but for it to seem real, everything else just has to be right! His accolades include a silver medal at the 2012 VSA competition for a violin made.
